Quick Snapshot
Why You'll Love It
The SETL1000FR sits at the top of SQOE's Tele-style range. It keeps the classic single-cutaway shape but changes almost everything underneath: alder instead of basswood or poplar, stainless steel frets instead of nickel, a bone nut, twin Alnico humbuckers and a Bigsby-style vibrato.
American Alder Body
The body is American alder, the tonewood behind many classic bolt-on electrics, finished in a high-gloss Deep Sea Blue with gold hardware and a gold pickguard.
Twin Alnico Humbuckers
Two Alnico humbuckers replace the usual Tele single-coils, giving a thicker, quieter sound that handles warm cleans, blues and driven rock tones from one volume, one tone and a 3-way switch.
Bigsby-Style Vibrato
A vintage Bigsby-style tremolo adds the gentle, shimmering pitch bend heard in rockabilly, surf, country and indie, and gives the guitar its unmistakable look.
Stainless Steel Jumbo Frets
All 22 frets are 2.9mm stainless steel jumbo wire on a rosewood board, so bends feel smooth and the frets resist wear far longer than standard nickel frets.
Quiet, Shielded Electronics
The full control circuit is coated with graphite conductive shielding paint to cut hum and interference, which matters when you play under stage lights or near computers.
Ready to Travel
Every SETL1000FR ships with its own dedicated ABS hard case, so the guitar is protected for gigs, studio sessions and storage from day one.
Meet SQOE
SQOE traces its name back to a Spanish guitar-making lineage - the Esquivel family, who by SQOE's own account have handcrafted guitars since 1883 - and builds its identity today around the backronym "Sound Quality Over Experience." SQOE guitars are produced by Qingyuan Synectics Technology Co., Ltd in Guangdong, China, alongside its sister brands Chard, Andier, Galatasaray and Cranberries, with a catalogue spanning classical, folk, travel and electric models. The SETL1000FR belongs to SQOE's premium Caston series of Tele-style guitars, built with an alder body, Canadian maple neck, stainless steel frets, bone nut and graphite-shielded electronics.
Engineered With Purpose

American Alder Body, High-Gloss Finish
The body is American alder, a balanced, resonant tonewood, with a high-gloss Deep Sea Blue finish. Gold hardware, a gold pickguard and gold control plate set off the metallic blue for a look that stands out on stage.

Alnico H-H Humbuckers
Two Alnico humbuckers sit in the neck and bridge positions, wired to one volume, one tone and a 3-way pickup switch. Compared with traditional Tele single-coils, the humbuckers give more output, a fuller midrange and far less hum, while Alnico magnets keep the response warm and dynamic.

Bigsby-Style Vintage Tremolo
The vintage-style Bigsby-type vibrato is built for expressive, gentle pitch movement rather than extreme dive-bombs. Use it for chord shimmer, subtle vibrato on held notes and the classic sound of rockabilly, surf and country.

Canadian Maple Neck, Stainless Steel Frets
A high-gloss Canadian maple neck with a C-shape profile carries a rosewood fingerboard with a 305mm radius and 22 stainless steel 2.9mm jumbo frets. A 42mm bone nut completes a neck spec normally found on far more expensive guitars.

Gold Vintage Enclosed Tuners
Golden vintage-style fully enclosed tuners sit on a headstock painted to match the body. Enclosed gears keep dust out and hold tuning steadily, and the gold finish matches the rest of the hardware.
