Refund & Return Policy

The entire refund will be provided in reward points on our website which you can use at any point to make a purchase. 

Once the product is shipped from our side you cannot cancel the order.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (7 to 10 business days). 
If you need to return an item, simply email us with all the details. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.


·  We would like to let you know that fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear are not covered under warranty and are not liable to any kind of replacement. The batteries if at all provided with the product also have no warranty as it is provided by the company in bulk. We suggest you buy fresh good quality batteries (Duracell) to use in your product for optimum and best performance.

· We do not offer a warranty on Richtone ukuleles which are under 5000 price point.

· We cannot offer a warranty on strings either pre-fitted on the instrument or new packed ones.  No warranty on any accessories that come free with the instrument.

·  We are not liable to warranty when it comes to guitar setups, adjustments or routine maintenance of any kind.

· We cannot offer warranty against finishes or cracks, splitting, or warping of wood due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to or contact with sun, fire, moisture, body salts and acids of perspiration, guitar straps, guitar stands/hangers made from vinyl, plastic, rubber or other synthetic materials, any other chemicals or non -approved polishes.

· We cannot offer a warranty against damage, corrosion or rusting of any hardware components caused by humidity, salty air, or exposure to the moisture, body salts, and acids of perspiration.

· We would like to make clear that any damage to an instrument resulting from customization or modification from factory standards will not be entertained for warranty benefit.

·  We are not liable to warranty against normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument, case, or gig bag including jacks, controls, switches, plated surfaces, tuning machines, pickguard, zippers, clasps, handles, latches, case hardware, etc.

· We are not liable to a warranty on damage and deterioration due to normal usage, wear, and tear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, alteration, misuse or Acts of Nature.

·  We cannot  offer a warranty on instruments purchased from anyone other than

·  We do not offer a warranty on Instruments that have been serviced by unauthorized persons and the warranty is automatically void.

Opened/ Used / altered Products

After the product is received, Procraft India will verify it against the claim and initiate the refund or replacement accordingly. Please note that replacement would depend upon stock availability, you may have to wait till fresh stock arrives, Refund will also be provided in way of reward points in the store. 

If our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, you would need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. 

Order once placed can be canceled before shipping by emailing us but the refund amount will be credited in your account on Procraft India in way of points. You can email us on for any clarifications required
