Quick Snapshot
Why You'll Love It
Here's what stands out about the SQOE SEIB7S Cosmic Wave Blue HH Super Strat.
A True 7-String Built For Drop Tunings
A poplar body, roasted Canadian maple neck, and technical wood fingerboard give the SEIB7S a stable, resonant platform for the tight, punchy low-end that drop tunings and extended-range riffing need.
Dual Alnico 5 Humbuckers With Push/Pull Coil-Split
Two SQOE Alnico 5 humbuckers deliver thick, high-gain tones for metal and djent, while the push/pull coil-split on the tone control opens up brighter, single-coil clarity without leaving the guitar's core HH layout.
A Modern C Neck For Fast, Technical Playing
24 medium jumbo frets over a 12" radius and a modern C neck profile keep sweeps, tapping, and fast riffing comfortable across the full 685mm scale length a 7-string needs for tight low tunings.
A Fixed Bridge And Locking Tuners For Rock-Solid Tuning
SQOE's 7-string fixed bridge paired with locking die-cast tuners keeps the SEIB7S in tune through aggressive picking, palm-muted riffing, and extended practice or stage sessions.
Meet SQOE
SQOE traces its name back to a Spanish guitar-making lineage - the Esquivel family, who by SQOE's own account have handcrafted guitars since 1883 - and builds its identity today around the backronym "Sound Quality Over Experience." Guitars sold under the SQOE name are manufactured in China, with a catalog spanning classical, folk, dreadnought, and electric models. The SEIB7S extends SQOE's Super Strat range into 7-string territory, built around a poplar body, roasted maple neck, and dual Alnico 5 humbuckers aimed at metal, djent, and progressive players who need a true extended-range platform.
Engineered With Purpose
Roasted Canadian Maple Neck, Modern C Profile
A roasted Canadian maple neck with a technical wood fingerboard carries 24 medium jumbo frets and a 12" radius over a 685mm scale - built for fast, technical playing across the full 7-string range.
Fixed Bridge, Locking Die-Cast Tuners
SQOE's 7-string fixed bridge delivers sustain and tuning accuracy, paired with locking die-cast tuners for road-ready reliability on stage and in the studio.
Dual Alnico 5 Humbuckers With Push/Pull Coil-Split
Two SQOE Alnico 5 humbuckers wired through 1 volume, 1 tone (push/pull coil-split), and a 3-way toggle give you crushing rhythm tones and brighter, split-coil clarity from the same guitar.
A 7-String Super Strat In Cosmic Wave
A poplar body in the Super Strat shape carries a satin Cosmic Wave finish - a lightweight, stable platform built for heavy, extended-range playing.

The SEIB7S is SQOE's only 7-string in this comparison, trading the tremolo systems on the SEIB550 and SEIB370 for a fixed bridge built specifically for tuning stability in drop tunings, on a longer 685mm scale that keeps the low string tight. Its HH pickup layout uses a single push/pull coil-split rather than the SEIB550's dual mini switches, and it ships with just an Allen key rather than the gig bag or tremolo arm the 6-string models include.
