Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need the app to use the NSX?
No. The onboard ring and knob let you control pickup volume, switch between 4 SFX slots, and adjust SFX gain without any app. The Natasha Guitar app adds deeper control — a 9-band EQ, custom presets, tuner, metronome, and drum machine.
What effects does the NSX include?
Reverb, Delay, and Chorus, distributed across 4 SFX slots. Each can be fine-tuned in the app (e.g. depth/rate for Chorus, time/feedback for Delay, tone/feedback/mix for Reverb).
How long does the battery last?
Roughly 10–15 hours of direct play, or 20–30 hours when paired with an external speaker. A full charge takes 5–6 hours via USB-C at 5V–2A.
Can the NSX charge other devices?
The USB-C portal supports OTG, so it can be used for charging or as an on-the-go power/data connection alongside standard charging.
What's included with the NSX?
The NSX kit includes the controller module (ring + knob), undersaddle piezo pickup, vibration module, output module, and rechargeable 18650 battery, ready for installation.
Is the NSX compatible with my acoustic guitar?
The undersaddle piezo pickup is designed for standard acoustic guitar saddle slots. If you're unsure about fit for your specific model, reach out to our team before installing at support@procraftindia.com.

Absolutely! Transacoustic guitars can be played like any regular acoustic guitar. When the effects are turned off, it functions just like a standard acoustic guitar, with the same feel and sound, making it versatile for all types of players.
Yes, transacoustic guitars feature a built-in pickup system, allowing you to plug them into an amplifier. This capability lets you amplify your sound during performances while using onboard effects like reverb, delay and chorus. The combination of natural acoustic tones and amplification offers a unique sound, making it an excellent choice for solo performances or jamming with others. This versatility enhances your live performances, making your music more engaging and dynamic.
The battery life of a transacoustic guitar depends on how often effects like reverb and chorus are used. Typically, it takes 3 to 4 hours to fully charge the battery, providing about 6 to 8 hours of playtime. However, the exact duration varies with the intensity of the effects and gain settings. Heavier use of effects will drain the battery faster, so it's advisable to recharge or replace it after extended sessions to ensure the effects function properly.
