Quick Snapshot
Why You'll Love It
A Strat-style HSS electric with a roasted maple neck and fretboard, SQOE Earthquake pickups, a mini coil-split and a vintage tremolo, in Ice Flower Blue, an ice-blue to silver burst - with a padded gig bag and accessory kit in the box.
Strat Versatility With A Coil-Split
Two single-coils and a bridge humbucker on a 5-way selector cover bright cleans, quack and rock leads, and the mini switch splits the humbucker for even more single-coil sounds.
Roasted Maple, Smooth And Stable
A roasted maple neck and fingerboard with a Slim C profile and 12" radius feel smooth and fast, with 22 medium jumbo frets that make bends and vibrato easy.
A Padded Gig Bag And Accessory Kit, Straight From The Factory
The SEST610 now ships with a padded gig bag and an accessory kit included from the factory, on top of the tremolo arm and Allen key - fewer separate purchases needed before you are ready to play.
The SQOE Standard
SQOE traces its name back to a Spanish guitar-making lineage - the Esquivel family, who by SQOE's own account have handcrafted guitars since 1883 - and builds its identity today around the backronym "Sound Quality Over Experience." Guitars sold under the SQOE name are manufactured in China, with a catalog spanning classical, folk, dreadnought and electric models built for beginner-to-intermediate players who want real tone without a premium price tag. The SEST610 is one of SQOE's Stratocaster-style electrics, offered in series finishes such as the Ice Flower and Dark Night bursts.
Engineered With Purpose
HSS Earthquake Pickups With A Mini Coil-Split
An SQOE Earthquake HSS set puts a humbucker at the bridge and single-coils in the middle and neck positions, selected with a 5-way switch. A mini coil-split switch turns the bridge humbucker into a single-coil, so you can move from glassy Strat-style cleans and in-between tones to a thicker humbucker lead tone without changing guitars.
Roasted Maple Neck And Fretboard
The neck and fretboard are roasted maple, heat-treated for a caramel colour and a smooth, dry feel. A Slim C profile, 12" radius and 22 medium jumbo frets on a 648mm (25.5") scale make chords comfortable and bends easy, and a double-action truss rod lets you fine-tune neck relief.
A Padded Gig Bag And Accessory Kit In The Box
The SEST610 now ships with a padded SQOE gig bag and an accessory kit straight from the factory, on top of the tremolo arm and Allen key - so you have a way to carry it and the basics to get playing from day one.
