The SEIB370 trades the SEST600/SEST1000's Stratocaster shape for a Super Strat body with 2 extra frets (24 vs 22) and an HSH pickup layout instead of HSS - built more specifically for rock and metal playing, though without the mini coil-split switch the SEST600 and SEST1000 both have. The SEST1000 remains the step-up Custom Shop tier of the three, with hand-wound pickups and a full hardcase kit instead of a gig bag.
