Description
Wilkinson WOHHBn – Hot Neck Humbucker
Smooth • Expressive • Uncovered “Virgin Bobbin” Neck Tone
The Wilkinson WOHHBn is a warm, expressive hot neck humbucker with the classic 60s-inspired “uncovered” bobbin look. Originally discovered when players removed metal covers from their pickups, the raw plastic bobbins produced a slightly brighter, more open tone — now recreated with modern reliability by Wilkinson.
The WOHHBn offers smooth lows, warm mids and clear highs — perfect for clean passages, blues solos, neck-position leads and ambient church-style playing. A great pairing with the WOHHBb bridge model.
